  • No need! Just tap your credit or debit card at the entry gate, and you're ready to shop.

  • Just like paying at the pumps - a temporary hold is placed on your card when you enter, but you'll only be charged for the items you take with you.

  • Absolutely! One person can tap their card to let the group in. All items taken by the group will be charged to that card. Prefer to pay separately? Just have each person tap their own card to enter.

  • Just Walk Out! When you're done shopping, simply head to the exit with your items - you're charged only for the items you take with you.

  • Simply scan the QR code at the exit gate or visit justwalkout.com/receipts and follow the prompts to find your purchase. Receipts are typically available within 1-2 hours of leaving the store and can be accessed online for up to 120 days.

  • No problem! If you change your mind, simply return the item to the shelf, and it won't be included in your total.
